<p><br></p><p>Johnny Mack Beagles of Westville, FL passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. He was 82 years old.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 12, 2026, in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva, AL with Rev. Mark Ward officiating. Burial will follow in Poplar Head Community Cemetery, with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday beginning at 2:00 p.m.</p><p><br></p><p>Mr. Beagles was born on January 20, 1944, to the late Harvey Buford Beagles and Ida Bell Thorne Beagles. He was a proud Christian by faith. Johnny loved the outdoors, whether he was feeding his catfish, mowing his lawn, driving his 1976 Ford pickup truck, or spending time at the lake. He also enjoyed playing his guitar and singing, sharing his love of music both at home and at church. Some of his happiest moments were spent with family and friends, especially while telling jokes.</p><p><br></p><p>Johnny worked as a truck driver for AAA Cooper Transportation and retired after 42 years on the road. He was very proud of his driving record, having logged over 5 million miles without an accident.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a great-grandson, James Mitchell Deal; two brothers, Horace J. Beagles and Donald Harvey Beagles; and one sister, Dottie Louise McAdams.</p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Linda Beagles of Westville, FL; four children, Chad Beagles (Tammy) of Westville, FL, Loretta Deal (Randy) of Westville, FL, Chuck Beagles (Daphne) of Chancellor, AL, and Chip Beagles (Karmon) of Samson, AL; ten grandchildren: Johnny Dalton Beagles, Chad Zachary Beagles (Susie), Erin Lindsy Beagles, Brandon James Deal (Meagan), Caleb James Deal (Macie), Brent Ethan Beagles (Amber), Austin Blake Beagles (Heather), Bailey Chuck Beagles, Brie Gilley (Jamie), and Brooke Bell (Kobey), 18 great grandchildren; three sisters, Betty Ward, Helen Atwell, and Jeanette Linton (Michael Walters); and several special nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>Serving as pallbearers will be Brent Beagles, Blake Beagles, Bailey Beagles, Caleb Deal, Brandon Deal, and Zachary Beagles.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
