Obituary
Stephen Bryce, 77, of Saratoga Springs, Utah, passed away peacefully at home on July 6, 2026, surrounded by loved ones after a battle with cancer.
Stephen was born on January 13, 1949, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Rulah and Henry Bryce. He spent his career in the trucking industry, where his work ethic and dependability earned him the respect of everyone who knew him. He was not one to complain. He simply showed up, did the job right, and helped whoever needed a hand along the way.
A true handyman and skilled woodworker, Stephen could fix or build just about anything. The pieces he crafted with his own hands will remain treasured keepsakes for his family for generations to come. When he was not building or fixing something, Stephen could often be found on the golf course. He loved the game, and Dixie Red Hills in St. George, Utah, held a special place in his heart as his favorite place to play.
At the center of Stephen's world was his wife, Robin, whom he lovingly called the love of his life and his young bride. His devotion to her never wavered, and together they built a life filled with love and family.
But more than anything, Stephen will be remembered for the way he loved. He was loyal, giving, and accepting of everyone who crossed his path. His family and friends knew they could always go to him for advice, for support, or just for the steady reassurance of someone who loved them unconditionally.
Stephen is survived by his wife, Robin Bryce; his children, Shellee (Doug) Guernsey, Shar Fulton, Teresa Bryce, and Carrie (Chinner) Allred; his stepchildren, Misty Lucero (Brian Olsen), Jimmie (Leah) Ryser, and Brooke Ryser; his brother, Ron (Arlene) Bryce, brother in-law Robert Vance; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rulah and Henry Warren Bryce; his brothers, Larry Dwayne Bryce and Alan Lee Bryce; and his sister, Gayle Vance.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 14, from 6:00 p.m to 8:30 p.m. at The Venue at the Ranches, 4118 East Clubhouse Lane, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005.
