<p><p>Richard Edward Mills, age 72, of Grand Ledge, Michigan, passed away on July 8, 2026, in Lansing, Michigan.</p><p><br></p><p>He was born on January 3, 1954, in Lansing, Michigan. Richard spent 21 years working as an Inspector for General Motors in Lansing and Pontiac, Michigan. </p><p><br></p><p>Outside of work, Richard enjoyed the simple pleasures that brought him happiness. He was an avid NASCAR fan and especially enjoyed following Dale Earnhardt #3 and Kevin Harvick #29. He also liked RC boats and woodworking.</p><p><br></p><p>Richard is survived by his wife of 33 years, Donna Mills; his sons, Jacob Mills and Greg Morris; his grandson, Cameron Morris; his half-brother, Leonard “Butch” Page and his wife Kelly; and many nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Delma (Prince) Page; his sister, Lorraine Connorman; his half-brother, Tommy Page; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Starkweather and Lynn Starkweather and his wife Brenda.</p><p><br></p><p>Cremation has taken place and Richard will be laid to rest at North Eagle Cemetery. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. The family has entrusted arrangements to the Mills Funeral Home, Peters & Murray Chapel.</p><p><br></p></p>Obituary
