In Loving Memory of Gerard Trudeau

It is with great sadness that the family of Gerard Trudeau announces his passing on July 5, 2026, at the age of 87.

Gerard was predeceased by his beloved wife, Edith (Draper) and his daughter Joanne (John Harrison). He leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish his memory: his son, Mark Trudeau (Karen Knight); his grandchildren, Jessica (Colton), Zachery (Savannah), Ty (Savana), and Dillon (Clancey); and his great-grandchildren, Blake, Wyatt, Marlee Jo, Waylon, Cade and Davie, whose lives brought him great joy.

Gerard will be remembered for his love of family, his quiet strength, and the lasting impact he made on everyone who knew him. His kindness, wisdom, and unwavering presence will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude for the love and support shown during this difficult time. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday August, 7, 2026 at 11 am in St Mary’s Parish followed by interment in the parish cemetery. A celebration of Gerard’s life will take place following interment at the home of Mark and Karen in Quyon.
