<p>Betty Louise Robinson, 85, of Cookeville, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.</p><p><br></p><p>Betty was born Monday, April 14, 1941, in Merigold, Mississippi. She was the daughter of the late Edgar Belton Robinson and the late Elsie Louise (Whatley) Robinson.</p><p><br></p><p>Betty was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, Mawmaw, aunt, and friend. She was an avid quilter, served on the board for the Algood Quilt Festival, and enjoyed being a part of the local quilting community. She was an active member of Washington Avenue Baptist Church for 30-plus years and loved working in the nursery. She was a volunteer with the Cookeville Regional Medical Center Auxiliary for many years. Betty was loved by those who knew her, and she will be greatly missed.</p><p><br></p><p>Betty is survived by her husband of 63 years, Russ Robinson; 2 Children, James Robinson and Jennifer McCormick and her husband, Aaron; 2 Granddaughters, Jordan and Brooke McCormick; 2 Sisters, Barbara Jean Pender and Linda Moore; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her brother, Milton Robinson, and his wife, Patricia; Brother-in-law, Doug Pender.</p><p><br></p><p>Betty chose cremation, the family followed her wishes, and no services are planned.</p><p><br></p><p>To sign the online guestbook and send the family a message, please visit www.crestlawnmemorial.com</p><p><br></p><p>Arrangements entrusted to Crest Lawn Funeral Home - Cremation Center.</p>
