<p>Dennis “Denny” Gene Blizzard, Jr., 54, of Westminster, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at BridgingLife- Dove House.</p><p><br></p><p>Born on February 24, 1972 in Westminster, MD, Denny was the son of the late Dennis Gene Blizzard, Sr. and Sandra (Bauerline) Markline. He is also preceded in death by brother, Ricky Rhodes.</p><p><br></p><p>Denny was a truck driver by trade. Alongside his brother, Ricky, he helped operate a construction business while Ricky was still living—a venture that was one of Denny's greatest passions. He enjoyed watching and attending sprint car races and was a devoted fan of the Baltimore Ravens.</p><p><br></p><p>Denny is survived by his wife, Cindy (Preston) Blizzard, daughter, Ashlynn Stathers (Walter), siblings, Kandi Warehime (Gary) and Corey Blizzard; grandchildren, Cayden, Lilith, and Bryce; and numerous extended family members and friends.</p><p><br></p><p>The family will welcome friends on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 from 2-4 and 6-8 at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster, MD. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 15 beginning at 11am at the funeral home.</p><p><br></p><p>Interment will be private.</p>February 24, 1972 - July 9, 202602/24/197207/09/2026
