Cindy was the owner and operator of Apple Notary in Zachary. She was born to the late Albert “Buddy” and Helen May Delatte, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Cindy was a long-time resident of Jackson and member of Trinity Baptist Church of Jackson. She graduated from Jackson High School. Cindy is survived by her brother: Alfred Glynn Delatte, of Jackson, and brother and sister in law, Robert and Elisca Delatte, of Gramercy. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Lucille Delatte, Joshua Delatte and wife, Devin, Michael Delatte and Monica Moyer and husband, Caje. Great niece and nephew, Makenzie and Joshua Delatte, Jr. Cindy was predeceased by her parents Albert “Buddy” and Helen May Delatte, sister Diane Delatte and brothers and sister in law, Gary and Jeanine Delatte, Leo Delatte, Cecil Delatte and David Delatte. Graveside Service will be at Second Baptist Church Cemetery on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 10am conducted by Rev. Phillip Mitchell.</p><p><br></p>

Cindy was my closest friend. We shared many laughs and tears together. I will miss her so much. I keep wanting to call her and have to stop myself. She was always there for me and my family. My heart is broken but she is no longer in pain.
